Healthy Relationships in Leadership

Development in Team and EI

This day develops emotional intelligence awareness and explores how leaders add value by supporting growth and defining success. The topics covered will include:

  • How to add value to the team

Taking Accountability and Dealing with Conflict

This day focuses on accountability, conflict management, and conducting effective performance conversations with confidence. The topics covered will include:  

  • Dealing with conflict in the team
  • Unconscious bias and the role it plays in labelling
  • Taking accountability in oneself and the team
  • Performance conversations
Certificates
  • On successful completion of this training course, GLOMACS Certificate will be awarded to the delegates.
  • Continuing Professional Education credits (CPE): In accordance with the standards of the National Registry of CPE Sponsors, one CPE credit is granted per 50 minutes of attendance.
