Negotiating Styles, Tactics and Ploys

Personal Fitness and Dealing with Difficult Negotiations

  • Stakeholder power behind the interests in negotiation
  • Negotiator as a Mediator

Day 5

Putting it all into Practice

This day consolidates negotiation knowledge through practical exercise, performance analysis, and action planning to enhance future negotiation outcomes. The topics covered will include:   

  • Team allocation and simulation exercise
  • Analysis of performance
  • The Do’s and Dont's of Negotiating
  • Improving what we do - Action planning
Certificates
  • On successful completion of this training course, GLOMACS Certificate will be awarded to the delegates.
  • Continuing Professional Education credits (CPE): In accordance with the standards of the National Registry of CPE Sponsors, one CPE credit is granted per 50 minutes of attendance.
