Leveraging Diversity, Equity, and & Inclusion

Implement inclusive practices and develop actionable strategies for the workplace. The topics covered will include:

  • How unconscious bias impedes progress
  • Micro-Inequities and power
  • What are inclusive practices (advantages & disadvantages)
  • Recognising and eradicating embedded practices that impede inclusion
  • Work practices to improve inclusion in your workplace
  • Personal action planning
Certificates
  • On successful completion of this training course, GLOMACS Certificate will be awarded to the delegates.
  • Continuing Professional Education credits (CPE): In accordance with the standards of the National Registry of CPE Sponsors, one CPE credit is granted per 50 minutes of attendance.
