Course Summary

International Policing is undergoing radical transformation across the world. Policing continues to evolve in response to societal changes such as digital advances, mass migration, changing nature of protest and environmental threats and needs to consider how to future proof its strategic and structural operating models to succeed in this VUCA world.

This Police Leadership, Organisation and Strategy training course will offer delegates the opportunity to explore current and emerging themes in global Policing and Security sectors. During the training course, you’ll consider the role of the police as facilitators and enablers, with a broader look at strategic planning, policy development and organisational accountability. The training course will allow delegates the opportunity to explore the effectiveness of a variety of leadership styles that best support organisational transformation. Matters relating to context, employee and stakeholder engagement are also considered, along with decision making and problem solving.
